Students will:

continue working on the curriculum objectives outlined for Debate I while increasing independence and competency.

Written and Oral

1. write a self-analysis of a taped performance.

2. develop a comparative/advantage case.

3. speak outside of class and in tournament experiences.

Thinking Skills

1. seek fallacies in their own as well as others’ cases, debates, and examinations.

Research

1. teach other students research techniques through creating research activities.

Literature

1. read and evaluate literature for possible performance avenues.
