4112 Job Descriptions

1. All employees must have a written job description.

2. No new position will be filled unless there is a job description for the position.

3. The final job description will be prepared by the personnel office for distribution and will be in the following form:

4. Job description numbering system is as follows:

a. All numbers will have 4112 as the prefix. This number refers to the policy and procedure number for job descriptions.

b. The first number following the decimal will identify the major classification. The second and third number following the decimal will identify the specific position.

4112.4 Classified Personnel

5. Distribution. Board of Education members and supervisors will receive copies of the job descriptions.
