4115.2 Self Study, Reporting, and Posting Requirements for Title IX and Section 504
Procedure
On a yearly basis each building Administrator will update their building self study for Title IX. This self-study will be kept in their building with each of the previous self studies.
Once a year each building Administrator will make sure that all staff members, parents and students are aware of the Title IX policy and regulations. This will include a statement about Title IX and the procedure for filing a complaint.
In addition, the building Administrator will be responsible for posting information in the building on the Title IX rights and the District coordinators for Title IX and Section 504.
