4130 Compensation and Benefits

4136 Retirement Appreciation Compensation

Upon retirement, employees who, upon being eligible for retirement under PERA, and have a minimum of 15 years of service with Moffat County School District, shall be granted the following compensation in appreciation for their years of service and dedication to the district.

• 15 years of service = $1000
  
• 20 years of service = $1500
  
• 25 years of service = $2000
  
• 30 years of service = $2500
