Purpose

One (1) employee is provided a vehicle in order to conduct business for the school district. The vehicle is provided to:

Responsibility

This vehicle is not to be used for personal use other than commuting to and from work.

Vehicles which are used for commuting to and from work are providing benefit to the employee of $1.50 per one way commute. The total value for the year will be included on the employee's W-2 form for purposes of complying with Internal Revenue Service rules. The number of days will be equal to the number of days the employee is paid on the Personnel Action form.
