9150 School Board Ad Hoc Committees


No standing committee shall be appointed to perform any of the Board’s functions. Ad Hoc committees shall be appointed by the President only upon the official authorization of the Board of Education. The committees shall be appointed only for the specific tasks of seeking information or investigation of facts and shall regularly report its activities and findings to the board. The committees shall function in an advisory and not an executive capacity. The Superintendent of Schools shall be eligible to serve on all committees.
