9200 Duties of Officers, Members and Auxiliary Personnel

9210 Duties of the President


It shall be the duty of the President to preside at all meetings at which he/she is in attendance. He/she shall have the power to call special Board meetings at his/her discretion or upon written request of a majority of the members of the Board. He/she shall sign any written contract to which the school district may be a party when such contract shall have been authorized by the Board, and shall sign all official reports of the district except when otherwise provided by law.

School Board members will rotate offices every two years.
