9313 Rules of Order


The President of the Board of Education, or in his absence, the Vice-President shall serve as chairman at all regular and special meetings of the Board. The conduct of the meetings shall be in accordance with established parliamentary procedure. In the event of a question of order, Roberts Rules of Order (Revised) shall apply to the conduct of meetings. The rules of parliamentary procedure may be amended at any meeting by a majority vote. In the event of further question, the ruling of the chairman shall be final.

The order of business at all regular meetings shall be as follows unless changed by the unanimous consent of all members present:

B) Adopt Agenda

C) Visitors

D) Reasons We Are Proud
