will be able to perform a tripod for 5 seconds correctly

will complete fitness testing: 1mile, sit-ups, sit & reach, pull-ups

will be able to catch a ball using two hands on a consistent basis

will complete fitness testing: 1 mile, sit-ups, sit & reach, pull-ups
The student
will be able to jump rope 15 times consecutively, single bounce
