ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Each school year, every student who attends Moffat County School District must be registered for school. In the past, the registration process has been a large stack of repetitive paperwork. Now, parents of Moffat County School District have a convenient way to register their student(s) through on-line registration!


For Parents/Guardians registering BOTH RETURNING AND NEW students:

If you need to register both returning students and new students, please login to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Once you are in your parent portal, the "Online Registration" button can be found at the bottom of the left-hand menu. You will have the opportunity to add new students while you are completing your returning student’s . If you only need to register returning OR new students (not both), please refer to the instructions below...


For Parents/Guardians registering ONLY RETURNING students:

Please login to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal to update your student’s information for the upcoming school year. Once you are in your parent portal, the "Online Registration" button can be found at the bottom of the left-hand menu.

 If you do not have a parent portal account or if you do not remember your username and/or password, please contact your student's school!

 

For Parents/Guardians registering ONLY NEW students who have never been enrolled in any Moffat County School District school:

Please note that the following items are required for new students and will need to be brought to your student's school for a copy to be made and kept on file:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Records
  • Proof of Address
  • Custody/Legal Papers (if applicable)
  • Withdrawal Papers from previous school (if applicable)
  • Transcripts/Report Card (if applicable)
  • IEP Papers (if applicable)
  • 504 Plan (if applicable)

 

If you'd prefer to register your student in person, that can still be done by visiting your student's school!
