School Registration

OLR is necessary for ALL students, new and returning, as we need to collect updated data and provide updated documentation for each one of our students. The link to complete a RETURNING students' OLR is HERE:

Please keep in mind that every year, some parents run into issues with the tech in this portal, whether it's through a forgotten password or user name or something else entirely. That's always frustrating, but we are here to help! Please call or email your student's school secretary (contact info listed below) or drop by your school's front office between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday. It's recommended to call ahead before you come by, but we'll do our very best to help you during those working hours.

We can't wait to see your students back at school Aug. 19. Remember, ALL students must be registered through this year's OLR. Thank you for taking the time to help us prepare for your students' arrival!

Acercamos al primer día de la escuela, 19 de Agosto, y el tiempo ha llegado para cumplir la registrar online de sus estudiantes, o sea "OLR." OLR es necesario por TODOS los estudiantes, o nuevo o retornando, porque necesitamos colegir información actualizada y proveer documentación actualizada por cada uno de nuestros estudiantes.

Favor de recordar que cada año, algunos familias tienen desafíos con la tecnología en este portal, si es por causa de contraseña olvidada o otra cosa completamente. Siempre frustra, ¡pero estamos aquí para ayudar! Por favor, comuníquenos por llamada or email a la secretaria de la escuela de su estudiante (contacto abajo) o pasen por la oficina de su escuela entre las horas de 8 de la mañana y 4 de la tarde el lunes a jueves. Se recomienda llamar antes de pasar, pero echaremos las ganas a ayudarles entre aquellas horas trabajadoras. 

¡No podemos esperar ver sus estudiantes en clases el 19 de Agosoto! Recuerdense: TODOS los estudiantes se deben registrar por el OLR de este año. Gracias por ayudarnos preparar para la llegada de sus estudiantes.

Please note that the following items are required for new students and will need to be brought to your student's school for a copy to be made and kept on file:

• Birth Certificate
• Immunization Records
• Proof of Address
• Custody/Legal Papers (if applicable)
• Withdrawal Papers from previous school (if applicable)
• Transcripts/Report Card (if applicable)
• IEP Papers (if applicable)
• 504 Plan (if applicable)

If you'd prefer to register your student in person, that can still be done by visiting your student's school!

The 2026 School of Choice process opens April 1, 2026. Forms must be turned in by May 21, 2026. All instructions can be found in the form.
