PUBLIC NOTICE OF 2026-2027 PROPOSED BUDGET
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the provisions of C.R.S. 22-44-109, that the proposed budget for Moffat County School District for the fiscal beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027, has been submitted to the Board of Education of Moffat County School District and has been filed online at Moffat County’s website https://www.moffatsd.org and in the office of the District Administration, located at 600 Texas Avenue, Craig, Colorado, where it is available for public inspection during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Further notice is given that the Board of Education of Moffat County School District will hold a public meeting on June 22, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the Moffat County School District Board Room, located at 600 Texas Avenue, Craig, Colorado, for the purpose of reading the proposed budget, hearing public questions, and considering the proposed budget for adoption. Any person paying school taxes in the District may, at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget, file or register objections thereto as provided by law.
